When I ran our Work-Learn Fusion Learning Camps for apprentices and new employees, one question to leadership always lit up the room:


“What advice would you give your 20-year-old self or yourself on your very first day in this role?”


The answers hit home, things you will not find in a handbook or onboarding slide deck.
